Itchiness & sleeplessness

N.B. Henceforth, people with psoriasis will be acknowledged as psoriasisers and as fellow psoriasisers =)

We psoriasisers know that the most common sensation & feeling that accompanies our skin condition  is itchiness. This is also the most annoying and terribly bothersome symptom of psoriasis. Add to this combo heated sometimes over heated body temperature dry skin peeling off often by itching = high levels of annoyance, irritation, frustration, and also feeling quite upset. Oh and I almost forgot, there's also bleeding that follows after peeling those dry skin off. Wonderful, isn't it? =P The amount of dry skin that I shed on a day-to-day basis is unbelievably a lot - do fellow psoriasisers also have this problem? I'm not too sure...

Most illnesses for some odd and unexplained reason tends to rise during night-time, especially when you're just about to go to sleep. And, with itchiness what happens to sleep? It is no longer in sight and has disappeared for some unknown time. When will it reappear is definitely unpredictable and remains undetermined...

Itchiness is always present sometimes it's even bearable (those are lucky days), but sleep disruption causes other stresses and strains. Emotionally, mentally, and sometimes physically I'm not exactly there...or my healthy self...However, fellow psoriasisers move on and always tend to take a step forward. We are motivated, have a lot of patience, and we persevere

We are hopeful, optimistic, and try our whole as well as genuine best to be positive   =)
